KEINO Kids Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed on any product sold at keinokids.com.

Delivery:
All gift cards are delivered digitally to the purchaser or recipient’s email address immediately after checkout. No physical card is issued.

Redemption:
Each card includes a unique code that can be entered at checkout. The balance will be applied toward your purchase.

Refunds:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Lost / Stolen Cards:
