From time to time, Keino Kids offers limited-edition pre-orders for our seasonal collections - giving you the chance to secure your favourite items before they sell out.

Pre-orders open in October for our limited festive T-shirts and accessories.
All orders placed during the pre-order window are lovingly prepared and will begin shipping from 24 November 2025, ensuring delivery in time for Christmas.
When you place a pre-order:

Your order is reserved and guaranteed once payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately, followed by tracking details closer to the dispatch date.

If you order both ready-to-ship and pre-order items in one checkout, the full order will be shipped together once pre-order items are ready.
We will always share expected dispatch dates on each product page and via email updates.

Once your parcel is booked, you will receive:

Additional tracking updates directly from our courier partner, Bob Go / The Courier Guy, as your parcel moves through the network.
You can also track your order anytime by clicking the βView / Track Your Orderβ button in your email.

If a delivery is missed, our courier will reattempt or contact you directly to reschedule.
Please double-check that your contact number and delivery details are correct when checking out.
